Since Clarkson and Co announced the name of their new series back in May this year, we’ve not really heard much about the new motoring series from the ex-Topgear trio since. So imagine our excitement last week when we saw the official trailer had been released!
It will be the most expensive car show ever aired with the opening scene alone costing £2.5million. Shot in the Californian desert featruing 150 cars, 2000 petrolheads, acrobats, stilt walkers and six jet planes.
It shows Clarkson and sidekicks Richard Hammond and James May speeding across the Lucerne Valley in customised red, white and blue Ford Mustangs. The trio are followed by £20million worth of cars, including a Bugatti Veyron and Rolls-Royce.
The Grand Tour airs on Friday 18th November and all three have signed up to present three 12-episode series, with each episode set to be roughly 60 minutes long.
