This statement explains how you can submit a review of webuyanycar and sets out webuyanycar's commitment to prohibiting banned (fake or misleading) reviews.

How to review webuyanycar

We welcome customer reviews

Our customers who have sold a vehicle to webuyanycar are welcome to submit a review on Trustpilot or Google. It is your choice whether to leave a review – there is no obligation for you to do so. We do not offer any incentives for positive reviews.

A member of our team will be assigned to investigate your complaint and we aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. We will send you a detailed response following our investigation.

Where to find our reviews

Rules for reviewers

webuyanycar is committed to operating in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. We want to ensure all customer review information published about webuyanycar is genuine and not misleading.

When reviewing webuyanycar please follow:

• Trustpilot's Guidelines for Reviewers; and
• Google's "Maps user-generated content policy" including their "Prohibited and restricted content" policy.

Please remember that your review must:

• reflect your genuine experience (we hope it has been a positive one but if not then you are free to say so – we are continuously working on improving our operations and processes to deliver the service you deserve and take all feedback onboard);
• not relate to a product or service you are connected with (for example, because you (or someone in your family) has a financial interest in, or works for, webuyanycar); and
• not manipulate ratings (for example, you cannot submit multiple reviews for the same transaction with webuyanycar).

If we consider your review does not meet Trustpilot or Google's guidelines (whichever is applicable), we will ask Trustpilot or Google to remove it.

Please report suspicious reviews

If you think that any review submitted to Trustpilot or Google is fake, or otherwise does not comply with their respective content policies, you can report this to Trustpilot using the steps outlined or Google using the steps outlined. We are grateful for your efforts in helping us combat fake or misleading reviews.

Controls on fake reviews

If a review about webuyanycar is removed from Trustpilot, or otherwise does not comply with their Guidelines for Reviews, we will also remove it from the webuyanycar website and it will not form part of our aggregate Trustpilot review score.
