Our branches are now open on an appointment only basis.

Get a valuation and book your appointment at one of our branches.

 

Social distancing and safety measures

 

  • If the branch manager is with a customer we will ask you to wait in your vehicle until the branch is free. Don't worry, our manager will come and see you as soon as they are ready.
  • Please use the hand sanitizer provided.
  • Please gather all your vehicle documents together in one bundle including V5, Service History, Invoices etc.
  • During the appointment, please maintain a 2-metre distance where possible. To help with this, all appointments will take place outside branches.
  • Due to appointments taking place outside, branch managers and customers are not required to wear face masks. However, if you’re uncomfortable in any way please discuss this with our branch manager.
  • If you have a persistent cough or high temperature, please do not attend your appointment and instead you can reschedule here.

  • All our branches are now fully stocked with hand sanitizer for both staff and customer use.
  • Branch managers have received additional training and guidance on social distancing measures and cleanliness.
  • Vigorous cleans will take place at various points throughout the day at all our branches.
  • All booking slot durations have been extended to allow extra time between customer appointments.
