• Leave the M62 at junction 20 Follow the A627(M) towards Rochdale
• Bear left at the end of the road heading towards Rochdale
• At the traffic signals, bear left

• Continue through the next set of traffic signals onto Manchester Road
• Follow Manchester Road for a 1/4 mile
• Turn right at the next set of traffic signals onto Nixon Street

What happens when I arrive to sell my car?

You'll usually be met by Colin Nellist, who manages our Rochdale branch.  Colin will firstly check your documentation to ensure you have the correct documents and proofs of identity and will then conduct a short inspection of your car to check its condition.  This usually takes around ten minutes so you'll be free to enjoy a cup of coffee or if you prefer, you can accompany Colin while he checks over your car.

How will I be able to get home once I've sold my car?

Most customers bring a friend or relative along to give them a lift home but if you need to use public transport, you'll be pleased to know that there are plenty of options.

• Taxi - Colin will be happy to arrange for a local taxi firm to collect you
• Train - Castleton Train Station is just 0.5 miles from our branch and has services to Manchester
• Bus - Nixon Street is just off a busy main road which is well serviced by regular bus services

Once I've sold my car, when will I receive my money?

All of our payments are made by electronic bank transfer for security reasons - it's simply not safe or practical to pay by cash!  Our standard payment service is BACS which takes 3-4 working days.  Alternatively, we can arrange a CHAPS payment.  With CHAPS, the money will clear into your bank account on the next working day.  This is a popular service and attracts a small fee to cover the additional bank charges involved.
