• Take the Harlestone Road (A428) heading north west towards Rugby
• Pass Dallington Park on the right
• At the roundabout turn right onto Mill Lane
• Follow Mill Lane for approximately 600 yards until you reach the roundabout
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Gladstone Road
• After 150 yards, turn right into Kingsfield Way
• The road bears right

What happens when I arrive to sell my car?

You'll usually be met by Mark Brooksbank, who manages our Northampton branch.  Mark will firstly check your documentation to ensure you have the correct documents and proofs of identity and will then conduct a short inspection of your car to check its condition.  This usually takes around ten minutes. You can accompany Mark while your car is given the once over.

How will I be able to get home once I've sold my car?

Most customers bring a friend or relative along to give them a lift home but if you need to use public transport, you'll be pleased to know that there are plenty of options.

• Taxi - Mark will be happy to arrange for a local taxi firm to collect you
• Train - Northampton Train Station is approximately 1.5 miles from our branch
• Bus - Local bus service runs from directly outside the branch on Mill Lane

Once I've sold my car, when will I receive my money?

All of our payments are made by electronic bank transfer for security reasons - it's simply not safe or practical to pay by cash!  Our standard payment service is BACS which takes 3-4 working days.  Alternatively, we can arrange a CHAPS payment.  With CHAPS, the money will clear into your bank account on the next working day.  This is a popular service and attracts a small fee to cover the additional bank charges involved.
