• Leave the M11 at junction 11
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A1309 signposted Cambridge
• Turn right onto the A1134 in the direction of the ring road
• Continue for approximately 1 mile
• At the roundabout, take 2nd exit onto Queen Edith's Way
• Continue forward at the traffic signals onto High Street towards Cherry Hinton
• Turn left into Coldhams Lane
• Enter the Safebox site and drive left through the gates into our allocated parking area

What happens when I arrive to sell my car?

You'll usually be met by Rod Annison, who manages our Cambridge branch.  Rod will firstly check your documentation to ensure you have the correct documents and proofs of identity and will then conduct a short inspection of your car to check its condition.  This usually takes around ten minutes. You can accompany Rod while your car is given the once over.

How will I be able to get home once I've sold my car?

Most customers bring a friend or relative along to give them a lift home but if you need to use public transport, you'll be pleased to know that there are plenty of options.

• Taxi - Rod will be happy to arrange for a local taxi firm to collect you
• Train - Cambridge Train Station is just 2.6 miles from our branch
• Bus - Buses operate locally

Once I've sold my car, when will I receive my money?

All of our payments are made by electronic bank transfer for security reasons - it's simply not safe or practical to pay by cash!  Our standard payment service is BACS which takes 3-4 working days.  Alternatively, we can arrange a CHAPS payment.  With CHAPS, the money will clear into your bank account on the next working day.  This is a popular service and attracts a small fee to cover the additional bank charges involved.
