What happens when I arrive to sell my car?

You'll usually be met by Mo Gill/Martin Hemming, who manages our Acocks Green branch.  Mo will firstly check your documentation to ensure you have the correct documents and proofs of identity and will then conduct a short inspection of your car to check its condition.  This usually takes around ten minutes. You can accompany Mo while your car is given the once over.

How will I be able to get home once I've sold my car?

Most customers bring a friend or relative along to give them a lift home but if you need to use public transport, you'll be pleased to know that there are plenty of options.

• Taxi - Mo will be happy to arrange for a local taxi firm to collect you
• Train - Tyseley and Acocks Green train stations are within walking distances from our branch
• Bus - Our office is situated quite close to Warwick road with frequent bus routes to Birmingham City Centre & surrounding areas such as the numbers 11C & 37.

Once I've sold my car, when will I receive my money?

All of our payments are made by electronic bank transfer for security reasons - it's simply not safe or practical to pay by cash!  Our standard payment service is BACS which takes 3-4 working days.  Alternatively, we can arrange a CHAPS payment.  With CHAPS, the money will clear into your bank account on the next working day.  This is a popular service and attracts a small fee to cover the additional bank charges involved.
