How We Buy Any Car Contact You
We Buy Any Car will only ever contact you by direct email or phone, using the details you have entered on our website www.webuyanycar.com. Contact with you may take the form of an appointment conformation, updating your appointment availability, or marketing emails and texts for our service (or appropriate associated services).
All emails will be sent from a @webuyanycar.com domain email address. Any other email addresses (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org) are not legitimate, and not from Webuyanycar.com.

Payments & sale
When you sell your car to Webuyanycar.com, the transaction will take place at one of our branches. At the branch you will be asked to produce your bank account details where you wish to receive payment.
If you have a finance agreement and need to make a payment to clear the finance, you will be asked for these details at the branch as part of your appointment.
On rare occasions, and always post-sale, we may need to clarify your bank account details (e.g. where payment has not been accepted by the destination bank account). These will always come from a secure @webuyanycar.com domain email address.
Webuyanycar.com will safely and securely electronically transfer cash directly to our customers’ bank accounts. We never offer to receive cash (for negative equity on outstanding finance), and we do not make payments by cash or by cheque.
Webuyanycar.com do not offer a cash holding service or act as an intermediary for external car selling or buying transactions.
Webuyanycar.com advertise on a number of external websites, so it’s important to know when you are seeing a genuine advert from Webuyanycar.com and when you are seeing a false product or service from a potential scammer.
