What happens when I arrive to sell my car?
You'll usually be met by Adrian Phillips, who manages our Nottingham Central branch. Adrian will firstly check your documentation to ensure you have the correct documents and proofs of identity and will then conduct a short inspection of your car to check its condition. This usually takes around ten minutes. You can accompany Adrian while your car is given the once over.

Once I've sold my car, when will I receive my money?
All of our payments are made by electronic bank transfer for security reasons - it's simply not safe or practical to pay by cash! Our standard payment service is BACS which takes 3-4 working days. Alternatively, we can arrange a CHAPS payment. With CHAPS, the money will clear into your bank account on the next working day. This is a popular service and attracts a small fee to cover the additional bank charges involved.
