• Leave the M621 at junction 2
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A643 towards Wetherby, Harrogate and York
• Continue forward onto the A58
• At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto the A58 towards City Centre, Wetherby and York

What happens when I arrive to sell my car?

You'll usually be met by Phil Parsons, who manages our Leeds North branch.  Phil will firstly check your documentation to ensure you have the correct documents and proofs of identity and will then conduct a short inspection of your car to check its condition.  This usually takes around ten minutes. You can accompany Phil while your car is given the once over.

How will I be able to get home once I've sold my car?

Most customers bring a friend or relative along to give them a lift home but if you need to use public transport, you'll be pleased to know that there are plenty of options.

• Taxi - Phil will be happy to arrange for a local taxi firm to collect you
• Train - Leeds Train Station is 2.4 miles from our branch
• Bus - Leeds Bus Station is 3.7 miles from our branch

Once I've sold my car, when will I receive my money?

All of our payments are made by electronic bank transfer for security reasons - it's simply not safe or practical to pay by cash!  Our standard payment service is BACS which takes 3-4 working days.  Alternatively, we can arrange a CHAPS payment.  With CHAPS, the money will clear into your bank account on the next working day.  This is a popular service and attracts a small fee to cover the additional bank charges involved.
