• Leave the M6 at junction 20A
• Join the M56 (North Wales, Chester, Runcorn)

• Continue forward onto the A5117 and branc left
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A540 (Chester)

What happens when I arrive to sell my car?

You'll usually be met by Shaun Mather/Lee McLelland, who manages our Chester branch.  Shaun will firstly check your documentation to ensure you have the correct documents and proofs of identity and will then conduct a short inspection of your car to check its condition.  This usually takes around ten minutes. You can accompany Shaun while your car is given the once over.

How will I be able to get home once I've sold my car?

Most customers bring a friend or relative along to give them a lift home but if you need to use public transport, you'll be pleased to know that there are plenty of options.

• Taxi - Shaun will be happy to arrange for a local taxi firm to collect you
• Train - Chester Train Station is less than 2 miles from our branch
• Bus - Buses operate from Chester West employment park, just a short walk from our branch

Once I've sold my car, when will I receive my money?

All of our payments are made by electronic bank transfer for security reasons - it's simply not safe or practical to pay by cash!  Our standard payment service is BACS which takes 3-4 working days.  Alternatively, we can arrange a CHAPS payment.  With CHAPS, the money will clear into your bank account on the next working day.  This is a popular service and attracts a small fee to cover the additional bank charges involved.
