We have ample free parking on site and full facilities to make your visit enjoyable. • Exit the M65 at junction 12.
• Follow signs for Lomeshaye Business Park and proceed past Hillendale Landrover for approx. 700 metres.
• At the second mini roundabout turn right on to Turner Rd and Lomeshaye Village is on the left handside.
• Turn left down the side of the mill and our office is situated within the Ecroyd suite of offices.

What happens when I arrive to sell my car?

You'll usually be met by Chris Rawson, who manages our Burnley branch.  Chris will firstly check your documentation to ensure you have the correct documents and proofs of identity and will then conduct a short inspection of your car to check its condition.  This usually takes around ten minutes. You can accompany Chris while your car is given the once over.

How will I be able to get home once I've sold my car?

Most customers bring a friend or relative along to give them a lift home but if you need to use public transport, you'll be pleased to know that there are plenty of options.

• Taxi - Chris will be happy to arrange for a local taxi firm to collect you
• Train - Nelson train station is 1.5miles from our branch.
• Bus - There is a bus stop on the nearby main road with services to Burnley, Colne and Clitheroe

Once I've sold my car, when will I receive my money?

All of our payments are made by electronic bank transfer for security reasons - it's simply not safe or practical to pay by cash!  Our standard payment service is BACS which takes 3-4 working days.  Alternatively, we can arrange a CHAPS payment.  With CHAPS, the money will clear into your bank account on the next working day.  This is a popular service and attracts a small fee to cover the additional bank charges involved.
